The Albany Symphony records George Tsontakis' gripping concerto for two violins, "Unforgettable." Brilliant, young violinists Luosha Fang and and Eunice Kim join the Albany Symphony to record Tsontakis' work in the acoustically superior Troy Savings Bank Music Hall in Troy, NY. The work will be engineered by Grammy-winning recording engineer Silas Brown of Legacy Sound, Inc. "Unforgettable" will be one of three concertos by Tsontakis to appear on the disc to be released by Naxos. The album will also include "True Colors" Concerto for Trumpet and Orchestra, performed and premiered by the Albany Symphony and principal trumpet Eric Berlin in 2012, and "Anasa" Concerto for Clarinet and Orchestra, performed with David Krakauer on solo clarinet during the Albany Symphony's Annual American Music Festival in 2011.
